With January drawing near, its almost time to send out our Zombie Extra call!
The Zombie call process will involve an online registration form which will be opened on December 10th. Registration through this form will only be accepted.
The registration will opened in a first round offer to all our IndieGoGo contributors (http://www.indiegogo.com/Theatre-of-the-Dead). This is to acknowledge their fantastic support for this film. If you have not contributed as yet and would like to play a Zombie, this is a great opportunity to chip in to our campaign as we expect that majority of zombie spots will disappear after our first round offer.
The second round offer will be opened to all those who submitted casting applications during our casting process back in October and to all those who are currently subscribed to this website – you can scroll down to the bottom and subscribe below.
The third round offer will be to the general public – but we do expect that most spots will be gone by this stage. We have already received a huge response!
Each round will be open for 12 days (and may overlap), and any spots not filled will be left open for registration until the shooting of the required scenes currently planned for Friday 20th January 2012 – Sunday 22nd January 2012. These shoots will be at night until early hours of the morning.

Round 1 Eligibility: Must have made a minimum contribution of $10 to IndieGoGO campaign. Higher contributors may receive near camera opportunities.
Round 2 Opens: 20th December 2011
Round 2 Closes: 1st January 2012
Round 2 Eligibility: Either submitted a casting application in October or a subscriber to http://theatreofthedead.com.au
Round 3 Opens: 30th December 2011
Round 3 Closes: When all spots are filled or day before shooting of scenes on 20th January 2012
Round 3 Eligibility: General Public – but no guarantee of available spots.
